One such tenant we have is Dave of Dynamic Mortgage Solutions. Offering mortgage services, Dave brings not just his expertise but also his heart to the scene. 

Get to Know Dave

Dave has been in the financial industry since 1996 and decided that in 2009, he wanted to specialize in mortgages. His years of experience in the finance industry opened his eyes to what people need to know about regarding mortgages so that they can make the best informed decision on this important and huge purchase. From working on helping people with car loans, financial planning, investment advising, Dave knew that he can help people achieve their dreams of purchasing their very own home. This is his business philosophy: helping people become homeowners rather than just selling mortgages. His business philosophy has worked so well for him and his clients that it allowed him to open his own brokerage within just three years.

A mortgage broker with a heart for the people, Dave analyzes and brings to light all factors to be considered for his clients’ unique situations. He strongly believes that when applying for a mortgage, his clients should know exactly what they are getting into, the forms they are filling out—and what everything on it means, the difference between lenders… you name your mortgage concern and Dave can walk you through and behind the scenes without sparing you any of the important details!

More recently, he was relicensed as a Financial Advisor and is currently enrolled to obtain his Professional Financial Advisor designation. When he isn’t working in our private office space, Dave spends his time with his wife and two children. He enjoys and camping, traveling, and going to the movies with his family.

What We Have in Common

Dave works well with a lot of different clients with various needs and concerns and so do we! From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Dave has nuggets of financial and mortgage-related wisdom to share. Working within a budget and finding the right house to become home is something he helps his clients with. This is similar to how Britannia Business Center entertains startups and established businesses find the right space and setup for their needs. Similarly, Dave serves on the board of directors for his community’s hockey association and engages in various activities outside of his professional work as well. He coaches his son’s hockey team and enjoys playing a variety of sports from hockey, riding ATVs, biking, boating, and golfing.

What Dave Loves about BBC

He relocated his office to Britannia Business Center in June 2021. He chose us due to our convenient location, just one block off MacLeod Trail, and a few blocks north of Chinook Mall. According to Dave, this makes us a very convenient and easy-to-access location with plenty of parking. He also enjoys the wonderful atmosphere here at BBC which we fondly call #BritanniaVibes.
