How To Avoid Entrepreneurial Burnout: 3 Tips For Staying Sane

May 30, 2022/in Latest News/by admin

burnout (noun): a state of physical or emotional exhaustion caused by long-term stress

Anyone who’s ever started their own business knows that entrepreneurship can be a rollercoaster. There are highs of accomplishing great things and making an impact, and lows of doubt and insecurity. It’s a constant balancing act to keep your energy up while staying focused on your goals. So it’s no surprise that many entrepreneurs find themselves struggling with burnout at some point during their journey.

Michael A. Freeman, a psychiatrist who studied the connection between entrepreneurship and mental health, told Inc. that “People who are on the energetic, motivated, and creative side are both more likely to be entrepreneurial and more likely to have strong emotional states.”

Some warning signs that you may be experiencing entrepreneurial burnout include feeling constantly overwhelmed, feeling like you’re not making progress, struggling to maintain work-life balance, and feeling isolated or unsupported. If you’re experiencing any of these symptoms, it’s important to take a step back and assess what’s going on.

There are many ways to stay sane while growing your business, and here are three of the most efficient:

  1. Take time for yourself. Make sure you schedule regular breaks, even if it’s just 10 minutes every few hours. Take a full day off once a week, and make time for activities that you enjoy outside of work. To help with this, don’t be afraid to refuse opportunities if they also come with more stress than you can handle.
  2. Bring back the fun! Be yourself. Show your goofy side, your nerdy side, or your romantic side. As long as you’re authentic and genuine, people will love you for who you are, which will take away the pressure of always proving your worth.
  3. Don’t ride alone. Every entrepreneur will say this: business can be a lonely journey. But it doesn’t have to! A well designed co-working space can offer you a better context to thrive among other like-minded people that are sharing the journey with you one way or another

Here at Britannia Business Centre we are passionate about bringing amazing people together so our clients get inspired by the collaborative atmosphere which means:

  • productivity increases
  • creativity and innovation increases
  • it’s easier to set healthy boundaries between work and personal life, thus creating a better balance and staying away from burnout.

Wherever you are in your entrepreneurial journey, if signs of burnout are starting to show up, put yourself first! Take care of you because nobody else besides you can grow your business the way you imagined it.

If you want to experience the #britanniavibes by yourself, call or text us to book a tour today!

Top Considerations When Starting a Business

April 27, 2022/in Latest News/by admin

Starting a business is a daunting prospect, and rightfully so! Being a business owner comes with much responsibility, and as with many endeavours, getting started is often the most challenging part of the journey. Fear not! There are ways to simplify the process, and discovering the top considerations when starting a business can help you figure out your path. Read on to find out what you shouldn’t miss before starting your own business.

Need and Target Market

Business opportunities start with an idea, and when you begin to play with that idea, it is a strategic move to pay attention to the need and target market/audience. Ask yourself: What am I trying to solve? Who are my target clients, and what do they need that I can provide?

To narrow down your niche and determine what service or product (or range of products) you will be offering, you’ll need to clarify what specific needs you can provide to your target audience. Understanding your target market’s concerns is critical!

Uniqueness and Competition

Once you’ve identified your target audience’s needs, ask yourself how many other businesses offer the same products or services. Taking a look at your competition will help you refine what you show and can help you come up with ideas on how you can make your business stand out. There will always be competition, but there’s only one of you, and the same principle applies to your business. Want to leave a lasting impression and hit the mark? Determine what makes you unique and build on it.

Capital

Starting a business requires capital. Think of it as the seed that will grow into a mighty tree properly when you take care of it. The figure will depend on factors including but not limited to your supplies and equipment, the type of product or service you are providing, how much (or how little) you want to spend on marketing, and if you have to think about overhead costs.

Acquiring capital can mean borrowing money from a bank, saving up for it, or perhaps getting credit from family or friends. No matter the business, though, you will need capital, and reviewing where to get your funding is the first step to turn that business idea into reality.

Supplies and Equipment

All business opportunities require some equipment or a bunch of supplies. Do you need a laptop for team organization? Perhaps a tablet for your POS system. You might even need a range of tools for the kitchen, construction, arts and crafts, or you.

Make a list of the tools and supplies imperative to starting your business which will help you determine how much capital you need, as these are business expenses that you will have to buy with your available funding. Initially, you can keep it basic and grow your business from there. You can continually expand and purchase shiny new high-tech or more expensive equipment, but if you start small or have limited capital, keeping it basic while you’re finding your footing will help.

Location

Once you have your equipment and supplies, take a look at them and see if you can do it from home or if you might need a designated space where you can work and keep your supplies. If you are dealing with products, you can consider starting from your living room or garage and renting out a studio or office space when your business takes flight, and you have more products to move.

If, for example, you offer professional services such as consultations or other services which would require face-to-face meetings with clients, it would be a great idea to have a professional space where you can present your business. (This is where coworking spaces come in handy!) You no longer need to rent out an entire building or take on a lease that can last from months to years. Coworking spaces provide you with a location where you can meet clients in a professional setting without taking off too much from your capital.

Brand and Marketing

When you have determined the answers to the considerations above, it’s time to get the word out there: You’re in business! Identify who you are—your brand. Having strong branding presents a professional face and conveys that you mean business. On the other hand, marketing tells the world who you are and what you offer, representing more clients and revenue. It is essential to consider this when you’re starting a business so you can allocate enough funds towards letting the world discover you.

Keep these considerations in mind and transition from having a business idea to making it a reality.

When choosing a private office or business center, keep these factors in mind and help catapult your business to success!

What Amenities Should You Look For in a Business Center?

Having everything you need within reach for every project, task, or business endeavour contributes to much higher chances of achieving the results you want. A business center provides business owners, startups, or even individual professionals the option to carry out meetings, projects, and other tasks away from traditional office setups while having all the necessities required to finish the job. But what should you look for when selecting a business center? Read on to find out more:

A Variety of Room Sizes

Do you have a small team? Are you meeting clients? Perhaps you need a more minor but professional setup for one. A good business center should have a variety of room sizes built for different purposes. Say you need to do collaborative work. You and your team will benefit from a space designed to accommodate your laptops and other work materials. Need a boardroom to hold a meeting with clients? Good business centers should have this too. The suitable space for the number of people working and the type of work to be done plays a part in your business’s success, and a great business center will take care of that for you.

Office Equipment

You shouldn’t have to worry about running across the street to get something copied if you or your clients require multiple copies of a document. In a private office setup, essential office equipment includes a printer, scanner, and copier to ensure you can personally take care of physical copies of documents—especially confidential ones. Another important is a landline phone. Yes, some people still prefer using the landline and talking in real-time. At Britannia Business Center, live phone answering and mail handling are included in several packages to help your business flow smoothly and ensure no call or mail is missed!

Connectivity

Everybody loves the high-speed internet in the office, and your selected business center should offer the same. Imagine how much better and faster you and your team can work when your connection is uninterrupted… you’re in a friendly, new place… and everyone feels in the zone. That is what a great private office should feel like. Let us serve you some #BritanniaVibes and keep everyone in the loop with our secure WiFi.

Incubation Rooms

Instead of thinking about hatching eggs, think about hatching ideas. Incubation rooms are rooms that reinforce the incubator effect. That is when the mind can unconsciously come up with solutions to a problem after experiencing a momentary break. These short breaks matter! The more you and your team feel reenergized, or when you change how your gears are spinning, you will be able to come up with fresh ideas.

Great Location

Particularly important when dealing with multiple clients, having a great location helps you conduct business more efficiently. Why? You eliminate potential logistics issues when you’re situated in an easy-to-find location. You also allow yourself to become an inviting business—not a hassle to go to! When choosing a business center, consider how a great location improves accessibility and your clients’ desire to conduct business with you. Have we mentioned that we have free and ample parking too? No more rushing from the nearest parking lot a block or two away. We’ve got you covered.

What’s Coworking Like for Different Personality Types?

January 25, 2022/in Latest News/by admin

Coworking spaces offer creative solutions for businesses, but what is the synergy like in coworking spaces? How do different personalities factor in?

Different Personality Types

In the recent past, the MBTI personality typing has become somewhat of a trend. This talks about the 16 different personality types based on the personality theory created by Isabel Myers together with Katharine Briggs. In a shared office space, there’s a high likelihood of all of these personalities being present—each having different work styles and social skills. Technicalities and specific individual indicators aside, the personalities in any working setup can be more simply classified into introverts, extroverts, and ambiverts.

A Place and Space for Each Type

All of the three personality types previously mentioned can be seen in a shared office space. According to the 2018 Global Coworking Survey, however, almost half are ambiversive (those who identify themselves as a mix of introverted and extroverted), one in three consider themselves as more extroverted, and one in five think of themselves as more introverted. A small percentage of survey participants answered they “don’t know”.

On average, the more introverted individuals work in coworking spaces more regularly compared to the half of both extroverts and ambiverts combined who do. Most of the more introverted individuals are not exactly fans of totally isolated workplaces though, and this makes coworking offices a great option for this facet of their professional needs. Despite all types preferring having some private retreat in shared office spaces, the more introverted ones did rank liking this a little more.

The entrepreneurs who are managing employees tend to fall more often in the extroverted category and they make up an above-average proportion of the survey’s participants. Compared to the introverts who speak to around three other people (in the work setting) in a day, extroverts speak to as much as double, and are more prone to working in shared offices daily compared to introverts and ambiverts. The more extroverted individuals feel more connected to their community and value coworking spaces for the possibilities of interaction, the social atmosphere, and meeting like-minded individuals. They value the knowledge exchange and feel more confident around coworkers who are extroverted as well.

In between are the ambiverts, and the need to network is more prevalent in this group. Similar to the extroverts, they place a high value on the social aspects of shared working spaces, and more surprisingly, majority of them work alone compared to the introverts. However, they still do prefer collaborative work more compared to introverts, and are more adaptive when it comes to changing teams. The ambiverts come into contact with most people in the team, extending their communications to both introverts and extroverts and claim to have more productive workdays in coworking spaces.

A mix of individuals coupled with a space conducive for productivity makes up the wonderful Britannia Vibe we have. With our varied packages and spaces, there is definitely a match for each personality type!

We Have the Mortgage Broker for You!

November 26, 2021/in Latest News/by admin

BBC Tenant Spotlight: Dynamic Mortgage Solutions

At Britannia Business Center, there are a lot of professionals who share the same positive vibe and energy, thus thriving in our coworking space. One such tenant we have is Dave of Dynamic Mortgage Solutions. Offering mortgage services, Dave brings not just his expertise but also his heart to the scene.

Get to Know Dave

Dave has been in the financial industry since 1996 and decided that in 2009, he wanted to specialize in mortgages. His years of experience in the finance industry opened his eyes to what people need to know about regarding mortgages so that they can make the best informed decision on this important and huge purchase. From working on helping people with car loans, financial planning, investment advising, Dave knew that he can help people achieve their dreams of purchasing their very own home. This is his business philosophy: helping people become homeowners rather than just selling mortgages. His business philosophy has worked so well for him and his clients that it allowed him to open his own brokerage within just three years.

A mortgage broker with a heart for the people, Dave analyzes and brings to light all factors to be considered for his clients’ unique situations. He strongly believes that when applying for a mortgage, his clients should know exactly what they are getting into, the forms they are filling out—and what everything on it means, the difference between lenders… you name your mortgage concern and Dave can walk you through and behind the scenes without sparing you any of the important details!

First-time buyers, those who need help with renewals or their second mortgage, and rental homeowners among other clients have experienced fast closing, low interest rates, and free consultations from Dynamic Mortgage Solutions. There may be a lot of content online that can help those who are trying to understand the ins and outs of mortgage-related information and processes, but only an experienced mortgage broker like Dave can give you professional advice tailor-fit to your situation.

More recently, he was relicensed as a Financial Advisor and is currently enrolled to obtain his Professional Financial Advisor designation. When he isn’t working in our private office space, Dave spends his time with his wife and two children. He enjoys and camping, traveling, and going to the movies with his family.

What We Have in Common

Dave works well with a lot of different clients with various needs and concerns and so do we! From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Dave has nuggets of financial and mortgage-related wisdom to share. Working within a budget and finding the right house to become home is something he helps his clients with. This is similar to how Britannia Business Center entertains startups and established businesses find the right space and setup for their needs. We have month to month coworking or private office spaces, our Flex Five package, and office leases among other coworking arrangements to choose from.

We believe in our community and helping businesses scale up which is why we offer various commercial spaces to cater to local business owners’ needs while having lower overhead costs. We have tenants in varied industries; health, fashion, construction, and insurance among others. Similarly, Dave serves on the board of directors for his community’s hockey association and engages in various activities outside of his professional work as well. He coaches his son’s hockey team and enjoys playing a variety of sports from hockey, riding ATVs, biking, boating, and golfing.

What Dave Loves about BBC

He relocated his office to Britannia Business Center in June 2021. He chose us due to our convenient location, just one block off MacLeod Trail, and a few blocks north of Chinook Mall. According to Dave, this makes us a very convenient and easy-to-access location with plenty of parking. He also enjoys the wonderful atmosphere here at BBC which we fondly call #BritanniaVibes. We, along with Dave, are excited to welcome you here at BBC.

BBC Tenants Spotlight – Lotus Blossom Wellness

October 14, 2021/in Latest News/by admin

Traditional Chinese Medicine by Lotus Blossom Wellness

Coworking spaces are a microcosm of professionals and at Britannia Business Center, we believe in synergy and good vibes all around. Our private offices and flexible workspace solutions coupled with exemplary staff have attracted great tenants who we take pride in taking care of. The workspace packages that we have offer reasonable and agreeable arrangements to different types of tenants from a multitude of industries. Our tenants come from a diverse range including but not limited to the following: finance, insurance, health, fashion, and construction to name a few. With prices and packages that accommodate all budget ranges, we have drawn people from different niches who are experiencing the wonders and benefits of coworking spaces.

Positive atmospheres are more productive and undeniably help people—working or otherwise. This is what we foster at BBC. Testament to the good #BritanniaVibes in our building is the presence of Lotus Blossom Wellness owned by Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor Natalie Jensen. She blends science and spirit by opening Qi which in turn empowers the body, mind, and spirit to heal.

Energy and Balance

A Registered Acupuncturist, Sound Healer, HypnoPuncture (Hypnosis and Acupuncture) practitioner, and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Natalie chose BBC because the energy in the professional building felt great. She started her career in 2004, and is committed to the continuous learning of ancient Chinese healing modalities. When she was looking for what she needed to help her and her clients integrate science and spirituality into their healing journey, the friendly staff at BBC were readily there to support her and cater to the specific factors she was looking for in a private office.

Her professional background and passion for working on mental health, addiction treatment, and overall pain relief has further honed Natalie’s ability to recognize imbalances, and this makes us proud to support her work in helping people achieve balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally. She has shared with us that her recent passion has been combining acupuncture and hypnosis, and assisting her clients with addiction treatment. She believes that the negative effects of ailments affecting individuals do not have to be their reality, and she is here to help. For such endeavors, the right space is essential, and we are glad to provide Natalie with the space conducive for balance and healing.

Lotus Blossom Wellness aims to help their clients regain their health and balance by relieving specific meridians through acupuncture so that they can be free of dis-ease. Acupuncture greatly assists with many different ailments and it is best to discuss with a Registered Acupuncturist such as Natalie in a safe space where there is positive flow.

Flowing in Diversity

We’ve learned from Natalie that in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), our bodies work symbiotically—regulating each state as one through our organ systems. When we recognize or become conscious of our mental health, we notice certain aspects of how we aren’t well and how we’d like to feel better. This resonates with what we believe in at Britannia Business Center; having the right tenants who we vibe with contribute to the overall health of our businesses, thereby improving the positive flow of energy. Right off the bat, Natalie felt the warmth and respect from the BBC staff and we love her passion for helping people on their path to healing.

This symbiotic exchange allows us as a business center to grow with our tenants while they grow their businesses as well. Our shared working spaces not only look great, but feel fresh and energizing to be in. This is not just brought about by the aesthetics or the décor; it’s the chemistry between the tenants and the staff that makes conducting business inside BBC a joy. Our wonderful tenants are never a cause of dis-ease to the #BritanniaVibe and we aim to always provide a healthy and productive positively interconnected professional space.

Make Your BBC Workspace Feel Like Home

September 17, 2021/in Latest News/by admin

Make Your BBC Workspace Feel Like Home. Shared office spaces can provide your much needed “change of scenery” but over time, you might find yourself wanting to make your workspace feel like home. There is comfort from familiar things, and when work gets stressful, finding a little escape from it can prove to be beneficial. Here are some ways to have that “at home” vibe while working from a private office space:

Personal Home Touches

One of the more classic techniques to make any workplace feel like home is adding personal home touches. We’ve seen it time and again in movies––a family photo on the desk of a CEO, or the same coffee mug an officemate always uses. If you have a small piece of home you can take with you as a sort of office staple, this can help make wherever you are instantly feel more homey. You can also try bringing your favorite scented candle and light it up for a couple of minutes. It is said that scented candles can trigger the limbic system and bringing one that particularly brightens your mood can liven you up while working.

Other items you can consider when sprucing up your shared workspace desk include books, magazines, a statement collectible piece, or perhaps something of sentimental value to you. These don’t only add visual texture to your workspace; they can also serve as great conversation starters which can open up potential networking opportunities with other professionals around you.

Spice It Up with Non-Office Pieces

At Britannia Business Center, we offer a fresh new workplace while serving the #britanniavibe. We love contemporary co-working space ideas and during your extended stay with us, making your business hours both productive and comfortable is of utmost priority.

Offices don’t have to be boring, and one way to accomplish this is by incorporating non-office interior pieces. Take a look at this bean bag area in the Ansarada office. It offers a potentially relaxing yet playful mood—much like our very own game room where you can unwind for a bit and forget that you’re in the office.

If you prefer smaller visual treats to get you in a homey or meditative state, why not try having a lava lamp or a mini zen garden on your desk? If you grew up with a lava lamp, you’ll know how oddly satisfying it is to just watch those orbs going up and down. Taking a break with a mini zen garden on the other hand can help you experience the incubator effect where you might come up with a eureka moment for when you find yourself hitting a roadblock while working.

Incorporate Living Elements

A major reason why offices feel lifeless (especially in traditional settings) is because apart from the people inside it, there are no other living things. You can make your workplace feel like home by adding some endearing living elements such as:

  • Plants – Consider the seemingly indestructible pothos or cacti which thrive on neglect, or air plants that you can pretty much place wherever and mist during your breaks.
  • Fish – Hardy fish which can be kept in smaller desktop fish tanks such as guppies and neon tetras can be a delight to watch merrily swimming around in their own little world.
  • A pet plant – Yes, you read that right. This is somewhat of a cross between the two previously mentioned. Marimo moss balls are little green balls of algae you can keep in a bowl or any clear container of your choosing.

It is said that looking at green things helps refresh your eyes. The items listed above don’t just refresh your eyes, they also give you something else to take care of other than your task list at work. Try these suggestions and make your workplace feel more like home!

Saying goodbye to summer and the lovely sunny weather isn’t easy, but with autumn being ushered in, we are presented with a chance to realign ourselves and our work priorities. According to a study conducted by the Harvard Business School, despite the generally overcast weather during fall, people become more focused on work because the summer is already over and distractions from summertime activities are no longer taking up brain space.

September also happens to be the self-improvement month and it would be a great time to integrate some new techniques to be more productive. Instead of the weather getting you down and fogging your mind up, use this time to improve yourself and your habits to be more productive. Here are some tips to try out:

Morning rituals

Not everyone is a morning person, but in a world where eight-to-fives are a thing, being up in the morning matters. Developing a morning ritual you can stick to can help set the wheels in motion and have you geared towards the right direction. You know your day will be packed with things you have to do, so why not make the time to do something for yourself before everything else? Wake up 20 or 30 minutes earlier and brew yourself some tea, read a good book, or exercise for a few minutes. Exercising early in the morning in particular gives your system a natural high on endorphins which bring about a great mood! Find a pleasurable routine to help energize you for the day ahead.

30-day challenges

There is a popular phrase that says, “It takes 21 days to form a habit,” but contrary to that statement, it actually takes 66 days on average! Don’t be discouraged by the numbers and start with an attainable goal. Commit yourself to doing something consistently for a week. Then, make it two weeks… then, a month. This is a good way to compete with or motivate yourself. If routines aren’t your thing, try following a 30-day challenge. There are various resources online that can give you 30-day challenges to eat better, exercise more, declutter, or even improve your mental health through varying pre-set daily activities. This can allow you to know yourself a little more or maybe even discover new hobbies that you can enjoy.

Pomodoro Technique

Having a strong focus isn’t an innate ability. It’s like a muscle you need to train. However, if you find yourself as the kind of person whose attention span or flow just isn’t for a straight session of productive efforts, the Pomodoro Technique can help you out. It is a technique where you complete the work within the time you have rather than working against the “time left”. It works by dividing your day into 25-minute periods, each separated by 5-minute breaks called Pomodoros. After four Pomodoros, you can take longer, 15−20-minute breaks. You can set a timer for your 25-minute intervals and challenge yourself to not be distracted within this period. Knowing you have a 5-minute break coming creates a pleasurable sense of urgency to work towards it. With this technique, you can complete tasks during your worktime window while being rewarded with breaks in small increments throughout the day. Use that 5-minute break to refresh your mind—play if you want to! Being productive doesn’t have to be boring. Use those Pomodoros to invigorate you and help you achieve more.

Adopting a growth mindset

Your perception of failures and success greatly impacts how you go about your day-to-day activities. Instead of beating yourself too much over a mistake, think of it as a lesson to improve and make yourself better. Things aren’t always easy but there is always room to grow. When things get challenging, know that it’s okay to ask for help or direction. In a work environment, this translates to knowing you can’t always do everything by yourself and that there’s always someone who can help you get better at what you do. Co-working spaces and collaborative environments can help foster a healthy growth mindset by finding like-minded people and learning from them.

Take that first step towards self-improvement and be a better version of yourself today!

Benefits of a Coworking Space

July 22, 2021/in Latest News/by admin

Benefits of a Coworking Space. In John Donne’s words, “No man is an island.” Everyone is part of a greater whole and a certain interconnectedness is needed for that greater whole to thrive. Annually on August 9, International Coworking Day is celebrated and it reminds us of the positive impacts of coworking.

Coworking is when professionals who typically work from home or perhaps in isolation share a space with other similar independent professionals. The concept of coworking started back in 1995 but only got on trend around the early 2000’s.

Below are just some of the benefits you may experience when working in coworking spaces:

Increased productivity –

Routine can get boring and stagnating in one place isn’t good for productivity. A change of scenery in a work-related context does wonders for an individual’s drive. Furthermore, the feeling of having other professionals working diligently around you can influence how you flow while working as well. Think of it as kind of a hive mind type of productivity where when you see someone focused on their work, you end up focusing just as hard on yours too.

Creativity boost –

Being exposed to or in the presence of other professionals in different fields may spark new ideas you would not have had otherwise had you been in your normal work setup. Relative to combatting stagnation in your usual workspace, accomplishing your tasks in a shared working space that offers a fresh new work environment gets your mind fired up for more innovative solutions. You may also have the chance to discuss your ideas with other like-minded individuals.

Networking opportunities –

There is a human element in every business, and all of the huge and successful corporations and big names in their respective industries have a web of connections that help them flourish. You never know when you might need a graphic designer or a website master, and you might find that over making a cup of coffee in a shared pantry, you would meet just the right professional you need. Such serendipitous moments can turn out to be a gamechanger for you and your business or operations in the long run. At Britannia Business Center, that cup of coffee is on the house––along with other snacks in our pantry. Stay fueled and feel inspired when you work while experiencing the Britannia vibe.

Cost efficiency –

With the economy still steadily recovering from the impact COVID has had on a global scale, making mindful financial decisions for a business is critical now more than ever. With that in mind, finding cost-effective business solutions that allow teams (big or small) to work collaboratively is a great way to continuously encourage growth while minimizing one’s overhead costs. We offer flexible rates while giving you the kind of workspace your team needs or a place to conduct meetings with prospective clients. With ever increasing rent rates, renting a spot may no longer be the best way for businesses—especially startups or smaller companies. Instead of worrying about rent or owning a building, small business owners can split the costs with other business owners while reaping the benefits of a completely functional office setup.

Flexibility –

Our range of workspace packages allows business owners to make better financial decisions without feeling burdened by the obligations of renting a place as traditional businesses used to. From a per-day payment basis to month-to-month payment schedules, you will find that Britannia Business Center has a package that can work for you. You can choose from private desk setups to coworking spaces, and you can even try the Flex Five package where you or your team can use our fully furnished establishment along with big or small meeting rooms; whichever works west for you. Some days, nothing beats face-to-face collaboration, and this package is a great way to accomplish productive team meetings.

These coworking spaces benefits are within your reach. Book a tour today and experience the creative and collaborative atmosphere at Britannia Business Center.
